So I been hearing alot of buzz about this video. I decided to finally peep it, because I like Eddie Griffin and I had some time to kill. Let's just say that Kanye West is not the only one who has major beef with these guys. In fact, Eddie probably hails Ye as some type of hero, check it out.
This video comes to us courtesy of Hollywood TV. Eddie is walking out of somewhere with his crew. A guy with a camera stops and asks him a few questions. What he thinks about Michael Jackson and What he thinks about the pregnant man. Eddie's response was to just let the guy have it, he went OFF! I mean he snapped, like the guy was personally attacking him. Basically, he said that the paparazzi need to leave certain celebs and stories alone and focus on more relevant ish. Like people with albums out or the status of the war in Iraq. In the end, he threatened to lose his religion ala Kanye West style. Peep the video, if you don't understand what I'm saying.
I think this was hilarious and seriously on point. I do agree that the paparazzi and tabloids just beat the f--k out of stuff. Like it really is a pain to see someone in their light over and over again, especially over stupid shyt. I got tabloids in college, just cause I guess, I never actually subscribed and there were only 2 cover subjects: Britney Spears and Angelina Jolie / Brad Pitt! There was never anything else talked about and none of it was remotely worth seeing month after month. When Spears snapped that was interesting but that is about all. I mean I have gotten drunk and partied before, not a newsworthy or front cover event. Now Eddie has been off screen and out the light for how long now? Why not ask him about what he's been doing and are comedy and acting still apart of his life. That is worth knowing and hearing about. No one cares about MJ anymore or the man with the baby. Move on already, good grief! The sad thing is the paparazzi just laugh it off when people tell them things like this but it is something to consider. They give the media and journalism a bad name and frankly I don't appreciate it. I'm not saying that all the paparazzi are bad, some do just stick to the basics to do their jobs. But there are so many of the other kind, it's insane. So I say, get em Eddie and Kanye, give them something that they can really talk about! -MinM
