William Balfour, the number one suspect for the murder of Jennifer Hudson's family has been arrested while in custody, in Illinois. Sources say Balfour was arrested by the Chicago poilce for all three murders and was transferred to the CPD and served with a warrant. Details are few and far between at the moment and the specific charges are still pending. Balfour's next hearing is supposed to be tomorrow (Wednesday, December 3). As details become available, I will update for you.
It's about time, I am so happy to hear this. What a great early Xmas present for Jennifer and her family. They will finally start to get some closure with this thing. And be able to take a giant leap forward, in moving past this horrible tragedy. Now let's just hope the system slaps him with a reasonable sentence, like life with no chance of parole.
