William Balfour, the major suspect in the murders of Jennifer Hudson's family was officially indicted today in Illinois. He received his indictment for brutally shooting Jennifer's three family members. He is pleading not guilty but still faces charges of: first degree murder and home invasion. He is currently being held in Cook County at the request of his attorney. His next hearing will take place on January, 20, 2009. I will bring you an update at that time, should any info be released.
Well, this to me is good news. It means things are still moving in the right direction. I still hold fast that Balfour had a major hand in all of this. Even if he wasn't acting alone, he still deserves to go down for this heinous crime. It was not necessary to do that to Jennifer's family. Especially her nephew, he was the most innocent in all of this due to the fact that he was just a child. People need to get a grip and think before they do things. Cause I'm sure whatever his reason behind it, it don't seem worth it now. Anyways, I hope the hearing next month finally results in some steps towards being settled for good. Sooner this is over, the sooner the Hudson family can move on and put this tragedy behind them. -MinM
