Alright, so I already know what your thinking. But it has been a while since I have seen a Bow Wow video. I boycotted that last joint, cause it featured you know who, lol. Anyways, check out how Bow and Jermaine Dupri go about making up after their falling out.
So this video was directed by Hype Williams. It takes place in Los Angeles, California at night. All this is, is Bow and JD riding around the city chilling. There is a cut away to solo shots, but that is fairly simple too. It's just a black background and blue light. And there are some girls in the solo shots as well. There is nothing more than that.
I'm on the fence with this video. The song is hella mellow and laid back, definitely something you would chill to. Also, it features a sample of Slick Rick's "La Di Da Di." So I guess the video does a good job of being simple and relaxed, ultimately reflecting the track. However, it was really boring. I felt like JD and Bow should kiss, make up and then call it a day already. It don't take four minutes to do that. I don't know, I think they could have added a little something extra to it, to make it entertaining. Maybe even possibly reenacting their falling out would have worked. But as is, the video is just too simple for my tastes. What do ya'll think? -MinM
