DMX has spoken up about the new assault allegation against him. He released a statment saying that he did not do any physical harm to an officer. That this is all happening because the media and others are just out to make him look bad. However, the County Sheriff is refuting X's statement. He said that part of X's punishment on lock down was a bread and water diet. Some how X managed to take a regular meal tray on Sunday. When the officer told him to give it back, he refused, and threw the tray at the officer. The Sheriff does agree, that there were no injuries done to the involved officer. X's punishment for this incidient, still remains the same. He could still face the charge of felony aggravated assault and get eight years in prison. Should any further news develop about whether or not he gets charged, I'll be back.
Ok, so throwing food at an officer is a dumb move but is not worth no freakin' eight years! I think they being just a little too harsh in Arizona. However, they have given X numerous breaks from the start of this whole thing. So maybe they just tired of his shyt, which you can't blame them in that case. Anyways, this is all just a crazy situation and I hope they don't charge my boy with the felony. It's obvious the man needs some mental help. I think he needs a 72 hour evaluation or something. Guess we just gotta wait and see how this all ends up. SMH - MinM
