With his album finally being released, Maino may have a new project in the works. He possibly could be joining the masses of other celebs in the world of reality television.
Drake's image has taken a slight hit the past couple of weeks. First, he and Lil Wayne caught alot of heat for their performance at the BET Awards. They did "Every Girl," and at one point were joined on stage by a swarm of under aged girls. Then, Drake dropped his video full of nothing but t&a. So he's coming off as a rapper who objectifies women to no end, according to media critics. Therefore in an effort to prove himself, Drake has joined the Stay Strapped Condoms company. He will be part of their campaign to promote safe sex and HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention. Check out his first official psa below:
I don't think all this was necessary, I had no beef with Drake's image myself. Yes the minors on stage at the awards was hella tacky. However, he apologized for it and everyone admitted things were not quite planned that way. So I say cut the man some slack. This is a good way to save face though, props to his image team. Don't worry Drake, rappers have done much worse and stayed in the game. You will bounce back. -MinM
