I never really listened to a Bishop Lamont track before. But this one had a few familiar names attached to it and I wanted to post something different. So I gave the track a listen and it's not half bad. The production is seriously ill, Dr. Dre handled his business. It has a very heavy bass, a light instrument, and a very intense feel. The hook is hot as well, the vocals were a perfect fit. The vocals sound like they come from a very soulful choir. Also, Xzibit's vocals worked well on the hook too. He didn't clash with the choir at all, so there was very good placement at work. Finally, the verses were also on point. Bishop had some well written and well delivered rhymes. He worked the theme of hip-hop dying out in a clever and brutally honest way. He certainly has some skills. Overall, I'd say this track is a sure fire banger. Everybody contributed a good deal to this one, it's a must listen. -MinM
