Ledger was childhood friends with the rapper and had a vision for the track shortly before his passing. The video is nothing too fancy, as it was shot in one day at Ledger's apartment garage. The video was also part of a collection of works from the actor at this year's Rome Film Festival. Jones says that Ledger was a good director and it was a blessing to have him work on a piece for him. Reports say that Ledger did several other videos for artists he liked, prior to his passing away. Wow, I never would have pegged Ledger as a Hip-Hop fan, let alone a small time director. That's pretty cool info to find out. And while the style of music is not my taste at all, the video is not half bad. Especially for an in the garage type of joint, has some cool effects and everything. Would have been nice to see him get to expand on this video director thing. May he rest in peace. -MinM
