The production here is hot, goes very hard. There is a heavy bass, keyboard sound effects, and a snapping element at work. A hood / street vibe is definitely being given off by the beat on this track. The hook is alright, a little simple lyrics wise though. The verses don't get much better either. They contain the typical: angry, loud, and violent style that Lil Jon is known for in his more gangsta tracks. In addition to being typical in style, the lyrics leave a lot to be desired. The lyrics are choppy and very amateur sounding. There is an occasional slick line or two but nothing to get excited about. Jon is a vet in the rap game and therefore should have came way harder with his rhymes. His creativity, word play, and delivery all need some serious work done on this cut. In the end, I'd say download the instrumental and keep it pushing. However, we include the tracks for the readers to make their own judgments. So go ahead and click the link, you just might like it. Former child rap star, Romeo is doing his part to help out the youth in Haiti. He is holding a free concert at Six Flags Magic Mountain, in order to collect books for the schools being rebuilt in the recently devastated country.

The production here is hot. It has a heavy bass, a light instrument, and a very hood vibe to it. The hook is simple but pretty catchy. And it's real talk, talk that has been heatedly debated over time, but real yet and still. Men sleep around and get love, women sleep around and get sh--t for it. It's not fair and to me anybody who sleeps around is a ho. Gender don't have nothing to do with it, if you nasty, you nasty. And that is all there is to it. Anyways, the verses here are fair, not as good as one would expect though. Ludacris kicks things off and does his thing. He had his typical quick and clever rhymes, but nothing that really stood out. Lil Kim came in next and her rhymes were mediocre at best. A song with this kind of theme, is something that fans expect Kim to shine on. She could have went so much harder and really ripped it for the ladies. Lil Fate closes out the track with a roller coaster type of verse. It started off weak, got better in the middle, and then got weak again as he finished it off. He too is capable of better lyricism. Overall, this track is straight. Not the best thing to leak off of Battle Of The Sexes, but it's still spin worthy. Please check it out and decide for yourself though. -MinM

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY :)!!!

On this celebrated day of love, I decided it would be nice to take a slight detour from typical site material. I wanted to share one of my favorite old school love themed songs with readers. The song is "Dreamlover" by Mariah Carey. The production for this track is hot. It gives off a very fun and feel good vibe. The hook is catchy and very memorable. The verses are well done too, Mariah does a great job of painting a picture of the ideal lover. And the video is pretty dope too, Mariah looked like she was having a blast. So click play and venture back to 1993 and the fields of upstate New York with Miss Carey.

Diddy Stars In Forgetting Sarah Marshall Spin Off

Diddy has put down the mic and picked up a script. The prominent hip-hop mogul is starring in the spin off comedy to Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him To The Greek. Get Him To The Greek is about a young college graduate who works as an intern at a record company. He is given a chance to shine, when an opportunity to save the company comes around. He must transport a very popular troubled rocker from England to LA's Greek Theater within in three days. Though it sounds simple enough, the intern faces plenty of obstacles along the way.

and Revenue Retrievin’ The Night Shift.

News: Faith Evans The Next Reality Show Star

Faith Evans is the next former big named celebrity to hit the reality television market. The show is a result of a partnership between Faith, E1 Television, and Ten2One Entertainment. The show will be titled, It's All About Faith. The show will focus on Faith's attempt to return to music after a five year absence, as well as her personal life. All three parties are excited about the new show and think it will be compelling entertainment for viewers. Faith's return comes roughly about a year after her tell all book that dropped last year. It was entitled, Keep the Faith: A Memoir, and focuses primarily on her relationship with the late Biggie Smalls. Her last musical effort was in 2005, when Faith transitioned from Bad Boy Records to Capitol Records. The album was titled, The First Lady and received luke warm reviews amongst fans and critics. No further information is available about Faith's new show at this time. I will keep fans posted, as details drop in the future. 

I like Faith and all, but reality series are no longer a good look. They are just forms of mindless entertainment for bloggers to rip up and bored people to tweet about, lol. And she has lost a lot of relevance, so it's gone take a whole lot for her to make a successful comeback. I hope she has a back up plan, I don't see this reality show thing going too far. -MinM
